I am a failure always. I was at 178 saturday and am now 170.. I was hoping to see the 60’s already. I will push myself harder at the gym and now will fast until I see 155. No food is needed. I ate a piece of celery and two carrots yesterday which was a terrible choice and I can’t believe I thought I could get away with that. Then feeling like I had already lost the battle I had a piece of bread. This ends today. I have not ate and will not eat.
Down a few lbs from yesterday went from 175.6 to 172.2 today. All thanks to fasting! Day two bitches!!!
